Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Times

We take great care in preparing and packaging our homemade beef jerky to ensure it arrives fresh and delicious. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day from the time of purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 3-4 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). The available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, including the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories (possessions), or internationally.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly stated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to be reflected in the carrier’s system.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to USPS or UPS. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
